The parish of Balyna is situated approximately 35 km west of Dublin and incorporates Johnstownbridge, Broadford, Clogherinkoe and Cadamstown and their surrounding townlands.
St. Patrick’s Church is located in Johnstownbridge village. From Dublin exit the motorway for Enfield, take the Enfield bypass and turn left at the first set of Traffic lights. Continue straight to the village of Johnstownbridge. The church is on the right hand side opposite the Hamlet Court Hotel.
St. Mary’s is the Parish Church and is located in Broadford. The Parish Office is also located here. From Dublin continue through Enfield for approx 5 miles. Turn left at Moyvalley Garden Centre. Continue through the village of Broadford and the Church is on the left hand side of the road about 1/2 mile after Broadford Village. The Parish Office is across the Road in the Parish Centre.
St. Brigid’s Church is located in Clogherinkoe. Continuing past the Parish Church in Broadford for approximately 4 miles in the direction of Edenderry. Take the turn right after Broadford/Clogherinkoe GAA club. Continue straight up this road and you will see the spire of St. Brigid’s Church, in Clogherinkoe.
