Reposing at her home from 3 p.m. Sunday 6th March. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church Johnstownbridge Sunday evening at 7.30 p.m. Funeral Mass Monday 7th March at 12 noon with burial afterwards to Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore, Co Offaly.

Dear Friend, The Christian belief in Ressurection is a comfort to us in times of grief. Yet the experience of death among us remains a mystery. We cannot grasp it completely. We do not understand how our loved ones move beyond death to a new life.
In the midst of our tears, faith in the resurrection is our strength and our hope. In the beautiful words of Pope John XX111, “They’re not dead. They’re gone home. They’re just around the corner waiting for us.”
Nothing can prepare us for a death, whether it be a family member, relative or neighbour. There are so many feelings, and at the same time, so much to deal with. The Word of God and the Prayer of the Church can be potently healing in times of grief.

The service is strictly confidential and can be accessed by contacting Mary at 086 0566819 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (answering machine will be on outside of these hours).
